What it is

SilverKey is a proptech platform that automates parts of buying a home. The React web app and the React Native mobile app live in one pnpm monorepo and share their feature, UI and state packages, so a change ships to both clients at once.

Contract-first API

The OpenAPI spec is the source of truth. TypeScript types for the clients and Python types for the Flask API are generated from it, and a drift check fails the build if the code and the spec disagree.

The API runs as a Docker container on AWS with PostgreSQL. Every change passes six CI gates before it deploys: linting, type checking, unit tests, integration tests, contract tests and a security scan.
