Building operations dashboards and ML tooling for Solar Turbines' service parts team.
What I did
- Building a real-time operations dashboard in React and Flask that tracks 15+ warehouse KPIs, including labor productivity, throughput and equipment utilization, for 50+ operators a day.
- Built an ML pipeline, KNN over semantic embeddings, that sorts supplier quality and compliance emails with 94% accuracy and saves 20+ hours of manual screening a week.
- Migrated 4,000+ parts and CAD drawings to Windchill PDM with Python and SQL, using validation checksums so nothing was lost when the legacy system was retired.
